This reunion is jammed packed with "Texas style"!

Your deposit and event amount covers the following items:

Event deposits
Friday night Dinner/Dancing Texas BBQ style @ downstown Ft. Worth Stockyards
Charter Bus For Friday
Saturday Night Dinner, Texas size dinner and live band at the resturant
Sunday morning Mexcian Brunch
All gratiuity on meals
Other surprises
Souviners; t-shirt, mug

Any Adim cost; paper, printing, name tags etc.

Deposit is $50 per person,  $25 of that is a non-refundable Admin. Cost to pay for the items that are need just to put the reunion on.

Deadline to sign up is May 16th.  

If for some reason you pay for events and can not make it, you have until June 15th to cancel to get a full refund except for the $25 admin. fee.
 
We can take cash, check or paypal ( on the paypal, if you send money with your paypal account or bank account no fees apply.  But if you use a credit card or debit card, you will pay any fees that apply.) We can take Credit card, but a 3% charge will be added for processing fees, if you do not wish to pay trhu paypal with a credit card.

We are working on all the event fees and hope to keep them under a total if $130 per person.  We are working on some items to be donated to keep our cost down.  This amount includes the deposit amount.  


You will be able to pay for the events that you attend, for ones that may be flyng in and out or only want to come to a few.
